This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 3 & 4 and his officials that not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the fifth respondent.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that it is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. For the purpose of settling the issue, the matter was referred to mediation and Mr.C.Godwin, learned Advocate, was appointed as Mediator. Due to some personal inconvenience, he was not in a position to mediate the issue. So, by the order, dated 06.08.2021, 1/3
Mr.V.Srinivasan, learned Advocate, was appointed as Mediator. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that amicable settlement was reached between the parties and they have mutually agreed to dissolve the marriage in H.M.O.P.No.156 of 2020 pending on the file of the Sub Judge, Udhamapalayam.
4.Since the agreement was reached between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and the petition become infructuous. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
