O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct investigation and dispose the CSR No.672/2022 dated 21.08.2022 within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.672 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and the counter party gave a statement that he will workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the Court, based upon the above said statement, the above said enquiry was closed as further action has dropped.
3. In view of the above said closure of the complaint, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter and the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4
4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
