The petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of the petitioner's appeal pending with the 1st respondent. The petitioner has preferred an appeal on 25.09.2024 aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent. The said appeal is now sought to be disposed of.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to hear the petitioner's appeal, dated 25.09.2024, after giving a fair opportunity to the petitioner and other parties to the said appeal and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
