ORDER

The petitioner filed a memo dated 16.07.2019 confirming that the respondents have effected the cleaning and closure of the open drain and expressing satisfaction with the work done. Photographs are also circulated to this effect. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed.

2. Learned counsel seeks the intervention of this Court for maintenance of the place in a proper and hygienic manner. This is not a matter that concurs the Court as maintenance of a hygienic and clean environment is wholly dependent upon the civic sense of the residents, hand in hand with the efficiency of the concerned Corporation Officials.
