The grievance of the petitioners is that an extent of 2.75 cents at Perungudi Village Bit-II, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District in terms of the sale deed registered in favour of the writ petitioners, have been wrongly reflected as 1.55 cents in the revenue records.

3. The petitioners have therefore given representations on 11.11.2024 and again on 01.04.2025 seeking necessary corrections to be carried out and the extent to be rectified.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners' representations, dated 11.11.2024 and 01.04.2025 regarding the rectification of 2/4

the extent in the revenue records in consonance with the registered sale deed, dated 05.06.1974, after conducting due enquiry and giving an opportunity to the petitioners and shall pass final orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
