ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's husband, namely, S.Ponnusamy, was allotted a plot of land by the respondent Housing Board and he has also remitted the advance amount. The petitioner is willing to pay the balance amount to the respondent Board.

3.If the petitioner pays the balance amount as determined by the Board and also furnishes no objection letter from all the other legal heirs, the respondent Board shall execute sale deed in favour of the writ petitioner in respect of the petition mentioned plot. 4.This writ petition stands allowed on these terms.
