O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader states that summons had been issued by the second respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer to the concerned parties.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the said second respondent to dispose of an appeal. Since the matter is pending before the said second respondent, it may not be appropriate for me to enter into a discussion on facts. The petitioner had also not impleaded the contesting party as a respondent.

3. The second respondent may endeavour to dispose of the appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Court is consciously is using the word 'may endeavour' since the contesting party had not been made as a respondent in this Writ Petition.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
