This Writ Petition is filed by the Mother of the detenu seeking direction to consider the request for granting leave to the convict.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's representation was duly considered by the concerned authorities and was rejected vide proceedings dated 23.04.2025.
