ORDER
This writ petition may not be maintainable for the reason that the order dated 20.06.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.124 of 2018 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.(MD)No.149 of 2023 on 23.02.2023. The petitioner has to necessarily await the disposal of the writ appeal. If the writ appeal ends in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner can very well renew his request and a file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
2. With this liberty to the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
