ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1203 days in filing the application to set aside the order, dated 24.01.2019. 2.The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition is satisfied, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/-towards costs before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.M.P(MD)No.4948 of 2022 the Registry to the credit of C.M.P(MD)No.4948 of 2022 on or before 05.07.2022 and on deposit of the same, the application shall stand allowed, failing which, the Petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court. The Registry is directed to utilise that amount for furnishing cook vessels, like Can, tumbler, cleaning articles etc., to the Siddha Clinic situated in the campus of this Court.
