ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.206 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(A) Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 77 of the Junvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 09.05.2024, the first accused was found in possession of 140 grams of ganja. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that only based on the confession statement of the first accused, the petitioner was implictated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner is having five previous cases against her, out of which, 2/3

four cases are similar in nature.

5. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner at this stage and to encourage the petitioner to indulge in the offence again and again. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
