ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to stay the operation of the impugned order dated 15.07.2013 passed in R.P.No.4 of 2011 by the first respondent confirming the order dated 22.12.2010 passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
A.P.No.1 of 2003 by the second respondent, confirming the order of dismissal dated 16.04.2003 passed by the third respondent, pending disposal of the above writ petition.
2.In view of the fact that the petitioner has been dismissed from service as early as on 16.04.2003, there is no ground made out for staying the order of dismissal. Hence this petition is dismissed.
