ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection as per the Rule 21 of the Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents Senior Citizen Rules and as per the complaint given before the respondent dated 20.04.2023 and her property.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only on 20.04.2023, the above said representation has been received by them. 3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the rival parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action be taken either by the competent authority or by the petitioner, if he is aggrieved.
