RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the impugned order in PRO.No.723/Adm.O/ ADM.11/A2/F.RETIRED 2019/ dated 29/03/2019 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent to settle my GPF amount along with interest for the years 2016 to 2017, 2017 to 2018, 2018-2019 , and till the disposal of this WP.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.KANTHAVEL, Party in Person and of Mr.S.DHAYALAN, Standing Counsel on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents / Corporation has not settled the General Provident Fund with interest upto 31.03.2019. Hence, he has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2. Mr. S. Dhayalan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents / Corporation submitted that even the petitioner placed the sanction order in the typed set of papers that the respondents / Corporation has sanctioned the General Provident Fund amount, but, the delay in payment is that the petitioner has filed several Writ Petitions before this Court.
3. In view of the said submission, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner, the respondents / Corporation is directed to settle the sanctioned amount of Rs.3,23,866/-, as per https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
proceeding No. 723/ ADM.O / ADM.II /A2/ F.RETIRED /2019, dated 29.03.2019, to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order either in person or through cheque, by RPAD.
4. Notice of motion returnable in four weeks. Private Notice is also permitted.
