Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter viz., G.Beula aged about 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the father of the detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of her daughter viz., G.Beula before this Court.

2. The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The detenu is present before us today. On a query, she has stated that she is a major and voluntarily left the home along with the third respondent and she has also informed that she is willing to go along with the third respondent. The petitioner and his wife were allowed to have a talk with the detenu. Even thereafter, the detenu struck to her stand.
