[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the interim order passed by this Court, dated 24.04.2025, has been complied with and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal. 2.Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal. The period during which the writ petition is pending before this Court, is 2/4
to be taken into consideration for condoning the delay if any. There shall be no order as to costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
