This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.40 of 2017, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.40 of 2017.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.40 of 2017, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Court concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
