ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of the FIR in Crime No.653 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Karur and the same has also been taken on file in S.T.C.No.440 of 2021.

3.Since the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.440 of 2021, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceeding.
