For Respondent : Mr.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1893 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A6 to A8, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C., and Section 21(5) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation), Act, 1957, in Crime No.1893 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused said to have illegally transported river sand by using Tractors. Hence, a case has been registered.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.9942 of 2020 4.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
