PRAYER :- To modify the conditional order in so far as the condition stipulated in Crl.M.P.No.2036 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District and sessions Court, Dindigul dated 02/07/2021 so far as the imposition of condition no.1-The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties of whom one shall be blood relative, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of this court and may be pleased to modify the same as to petitioner accept surety without solvency certificate.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition no.1 imposed by the learned Additional District and sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.2036 of 2021 dated 02.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court concerned is insisting for production of solvency certificate, hence he seeks modification of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The condition was imposed by the learned Additional District and sessions Judge, Dindigul, therefore this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed. The petitioner, if advised, may file petition before the learned Additional District and sessions Judge, Dindigul to modify the said condition. On such application being filed, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. Further the learned Sessions Judge is directed not to insist for the production of the solvency certificate. Instead may insist for any other documents such as aadhar card, VoterID card and that may be received for proving the solvency.
