O R D E R

This petition has filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry and direct the third respondent to handover the petitioner's mobile phone (Redme) based on representation dated 16.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 denied the allegations levelled in the petition, however the mobile phone was under the custody of the third respondent and they are ready to hand over the mobile phone to the petitioner if he appears and give acknowledgment.

3. Therefore recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on 28.04.2025 on appearance the third respondent should hand over the mobile phone to the petitioner. 4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
