PRAYER :- For a Bail in Cr.No.10 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, in C.C.No.162 of 2011 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanthapuram.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ sole accused herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.02.2020 for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC.
2. The case was registered in the year 2011 and the petitioner is said to have been absconding for nearly 09 years and recently the petitioner was arrested.
3. This the second bail petition. Earlier this Court by an order dated 22.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7331 of 2020 had dismissed the bail petition on the ground that petitioner is a habitual offender and also having previous cases of similar nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the case is posted for questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.
5. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case,this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
