The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey in the petitioner's property and demarcate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has made an application on 07.02.2025 followed up with a representation, dated 15.04.2025. The petitioner has also made a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Pudukkottai seeking police protection and has also paid necessary charges for the same.

4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to fix a date for survey and give advance notice to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection. Notices shall also be issued to the adjoining neighbouring owners, who may be 2/4

interested / affected by the survey proposed to be conducted and their objections, if any, shall also be heard, considered and disposed of prior to survey being conducted. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
