ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in 1/3
connection with a case in Crime No.1 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120(b) IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested by the respondent Police and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
