ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2019 and issue patta to the petitioner in Survey No.137/1 in Keezhakkuruchi Village, Ilupur Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 07.06.2019 to the respondents to issue patta to him and other landless people belonged to Adhithiravida Pallar community in Survey No.137/1 in Keezhakkuruchi Village. Since no action has been taken on the side of the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 26.08.2020 before this Court and submitted that the petitioner was asked to appear for enquiry on 01.09.2020 before the second respondent. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.14698 of 2019 law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate for enquiry to be held on 30.07.2020.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
