O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to file Charge Sheet in crime No.50 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent within stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the victim in this case and the case in Crime No.50 of 2024 has been registered against the accused for the misappropriation of more than one crore. FIR has been registered on 21.11.2024. However, so far no proper investigation has been conducted and Final Report has not been filed. Hence, he filed this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the investigation in this case is pending. It is pertaining to misappropriation of huge amount and they need some materials and thereby, they are unable to complete the investigation. They will collect the materials and complete the investigation and also file Final Report within a period of two months.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the first respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report within a period of one months from the date of this order.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
