ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to disburse the loan to the petitioner under Pradhan Mandhiri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) Scheme on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 29.01.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.14704 of 2019 submit that the petitioner's application dated 29.01.2018, which was submitted under the Pradhan Mandhiri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) Scheme before the 2nd respondent, seeking to disburse loan for the purpose of starting the business, has been withdrawn by him on 03.07.2020. Thereafter, the aforesaid loan was sanctioned to the wife of the petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and prays before this Court that the writ petition ought to be dismissed.

3.By recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If any dispute, it is open to the parties concerned to make necessary application to workout their remedy before the authorities concerned. No costs.
