Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 23.11.2020 submitted in regard to rectification of the pay anomaly pursuant to the proceeings of the 1st respondent in his proceedings Letter No.3407/PGRC/2019-1 dated 28.08.2020 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
