ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 376 IPC in Cr.No.(*)14 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondeet Police would submit that charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police that the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, the interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court in the above said Crl.O.P(MD).No.7447 of 2024, dated 22.05.2024 is made absolute. Further, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., ie. on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders. sd/- 23/07/2024 (*)Amended as per Order of the Court dt.16/10/2024 in Crl.MP(MD).10860/2024 in Crl.OP(MD).7447/2024 by DBCJ.
