ORDER

Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader , takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Though the petitioner has sought for quashing the impugned order dated 17.04.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied if the relief sought for is moulded and the petitioner is granted permission to make a fresh representation ventilating his grievances and the respondent is directed to consider the same within the stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh

representation to the first respondent herein ventilating his grievances and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders without reference to the impugned order dated 17.04.2018 issued by the second respondent herein on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
