given by the third respondent vide Memos, dated 13.07.2020, 22.09.2020, 22.10.2020, 06.05.2021 and 17.05.2021 and put up boundary stone to the Plot Nos.178, 179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 185, 186, 187, 188, 189, 190, 191, 192, 193, 194, 195 and 196 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

By this Writ Petition, the petitioner sought a direction to survey the lands in Survey No.339/4A, 345/1, 2, 3 and 4 in Madakulam Village, Madurai.

Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, learned Special Government Pleader has placed on record a communication from the Special Tahsildar stating that the eighteen petitioners would be allotted individual plots admeasuring 0.40 ares or one cent each. He has also provided a sketch indicating the location of the plots in the said survey number.

3. On examining the sketch and the report, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners would accept such allotment.

4. In view of these submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to allot the plots to the petitioners as per the communication dated 03.09.2025 and the sketch annexed thereto and produced in Court. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
