The first petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent herein has approached this Court that though the maintenance application filed by her was ordered in the year 2018 by the trial 1/4

Court, the application filed by the petitioners for execution of the order is pending for the past seven years.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have obtained an order of maintenance in the year 2018 and as it could not be executed, she is suffering with two children. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the fact that the order of the year 2018 has not yet been implemented, the learned Judge, Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil is directed to implement the order passed in MC No.16 of 2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
