This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to return the petitioner's original driving licence bearing No.TN 58 19990007920, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2019. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent/Transport Corporation has submitted that the petitioner has joined service by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.14714 of 2019 producing the original driving license, which means that the authorities have returned the original driving license to him. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts the said contention.
