This petition is filed by the petitioners to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondents 2 and 3 frequently visited the petitioner's house and harassing the petitioners without any pending case and without issuing summons. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the third respondent received information that the third petition is the illicit contraband seller and thereby, they enquired about the third petitioner in the village. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioners and they have never visited the petitioners' house as alleged by them.
