2.By order, dated 23.04.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.182 of 2009 on or before 31.12.2025. 3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.720, dated 16.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 23.04.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 23.04.2025. 30.01.2026
