Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate informed the Court that the vehicle in question had already been confiscated. The learned Government Advocate is directed to furnish the petitioner's counsel, a copy of the confiscation order through Whatsapp. It is for the petitioner to challenge the confiscation order in the manner known to law. Giving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition stands dismissed.
