Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner states that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondents on the other. The petitioner wants the police to keep off. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police have already sent a proposal to the jurisdictional Executive Magistrate. The police do not propose to take any action as the current paper given to them has already been closed.

4.Recording such submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
