ORDER

Kadambakulam Vattara Meenavar Sangam, represented by its President, has filed this Writ Petition seeking Mandamus to provide police protection for the Petitioner's Association for catching fish.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that adequate police protection provided to the Petitioner's Association and the period for harvesting the fish from the said Tank has already been expired. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
