JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Writ Appeal is directed as against the interim order passed in a writ petition filed by respondents 1 and 2 in W.P(MD)No.6511 of 2023, dated 24.03.2023.

2. By the interlocutory order, during the pendency of the writ petition, the learned Single Judge has kept the order of reversion in abeyance.

3. When the writ appeal came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the writ petition was heard finally and orders have been reserved.

In the said circumstances, having regard to the nature of the interim order and the fact that the writ petition has already been heard and orders are likely to be passed in a short while, this writ appeal is closed.
