The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct temple festival on 21.05.2024 and 22.05.2024 at Shri Moorthy Vinayagar and Shri Alaguvalliyamman, Shri Muthalamman, Shri Moopidariyamman and Shri Nirikulathaiayynar Vaigasi Pongal Viza in Pudukottai Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.05.2024.

2. Heard Mr.P.Vijaynivas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 and 4.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submitted that the rival parties have come up with the compromise and pursuant to that, the temple festival is being carried out.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
