Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a agriculturist. She seeks payment of insurance crop benefit amount.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 informs the Court that a sum of Rs.1,37,226/- was deposited to the credit of the petitioner's account already. 4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
