PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order of the first respondent to the second respondent in reference No.CBE/TNY/PDC 2(2)/29021/2019, dated 24.06.2019 for deducting the amount of Rs.6,19,392/- from petitioner bank account and to issue such other appropriate directions or orders to the first respondent and grant such other remedy and relief to this petitioner.
