ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No. 2102 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the the jurisdictional Magistrate Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 16.04.2026 pal 2/4
