Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to remove the encroachment made by the second respondent on the public road through Survey No.180/9C by putting up Septic tank, Stone punches and Karuvelam Tree bushes based on the representation of the Petitioner dated 24.06.2021.

************ [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.F.Deepak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Prabhu Ramachandran, learned Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent 2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to remove the encroachment made by the second respondent on the public road through Survey No.180/9C by putting up Septic tank, Stone punches and Karuvelam Tree bushes, by considering his representation dated 24.06.2021.

3.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the Madurai Corporation submitted that the representation given by the petitioner will be given due attention and necessary action will be taken in accordance with law, after notice to the second respondent. 4.In the light of the said submission, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the first respondent Corporation to take https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
