W.P.(MD) No.14845 of 2019 disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner itself have been concluded and the petitioner has also filed another writ petition and hence, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
