2.Thiru.K.S.Rajashanmughavel who filed this Writ Appeal has passed away. It is also seen that the learned Single Judge had merely directed the Revenue Divisional Officer to convene a peace committee meeting in connection with a festival scheduled to be held from 29.04.2025 to 01.05.2025. As the said period has already lapsed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Appeal.
