This petition is filed seeking leave to prefer the above Writ Appeal against the order dated 08.04.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.9824 of 2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and leave is granted. 4.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has filed a petition before the 3rd respondent for declaration of hereditary trusteeship, which is pending and the next hearing date is on 24.04.2025. Since the festival is scheduled to be 2/3

conducted from 29.04.2025 to 03.05.2025 and the petitioner is being the hereditary trustee, he is permitted to conduct the festival for this year alone, as an interim measure.
