PRAYER :- To cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 4/1 to 4 accused in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23151/2026 by order dated 10.02.2026.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition had been filed primarily on the ground that after obtaining anticipatory bail, respondents 1 to 4 did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 23151 of 2026, dated 10.02.2026. Subsequently, he came to know that respondents 1 to 4 complied with the conditions imposed on them.
2. In view of the above submission, no further orders is required to be passed in this case and the Criminal Miscellaneous petition stands closed.
