The petitioner has filed the instant Civil Revision Petition against the impugned Return order dated 08.04.2024 passed by the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil. 1/3

2.While returning the petition, the Trial Court has asked the petitioner to explain as to how the unnumbered P.O.C.E.I.O.P.No.... of 2024 filed under TNPCEI Act is maintainable against the Bank and institutions.

3. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner, without even furnishing the explanation before the Trail Court, has hurriedly approached this Court by way of the present Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, this Court could not find any merits in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to re-present the petition after duly complying the defects notified by the Trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
