ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an extension of the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1344 of 2026, dated 27.01.2026, on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that he was unable to arrange sureties and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1344 of 2026. Accordingly, the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1344 of 2026 is extended by a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
